Full Planning Services

For the couple who has the ideas but not the time, the Full Service Planning Package is ideal. This package best suits the couples who don’t have the time, or the know-how, and would prefer to relax through the planning process while myself and my team handle all the big and small details to take your wedding vision to reality. We will source and coordinate all of the vendors based on your personalized needs, create a one of a kind design for your day, and manage every step of the process so all you have to do on wedding day is show up to a picturesque day curated just for you.

This option includes all of the day of services, plus the following: 

●meet with couple at start of planning process to decipher ideal wedding day details 
●suggest, direct, and coordinate with all vendors such as venue, florists, catering, cake and dessert designers, makeup and hair, invitations, photographers and videographers, gifts and favors, etc. to help alleviate stress and time from the couple 
●a unique decor design specific to each couple  
●help with family, Maid/Matron of Honor, Best Man, and wedding party as necessary 
●help with errands as necessary for wedding related items and activities 
●help with accommodations and vehicle services 
●help with seating chart, escort display

Micro Wedding Services

If you are planning a tiny wedding with 30 guests or fewer, you likely won’t need the same extensive services as a large group wedding. As services may be different for each micro wedding, I prefer to discuss your individual needs to determine how we can best serve you.

Partial Planning Services

The Partial Planning Package is the most customizable service. While this package is not as hands on as the Full Service, it is ideal for the couple who does want to be a part of the planning process, but not handle everything alone. As each couple has different strengths when it comes to planning, we will step in only where the couple needs it the most.

This package may include two or more of the following:

●all day-of coordination services as mentioned below

●decor services, including venue design and access to my decor collection

●help coordinating with vendors as necessary after booking to help alleviate stress and time from couple

●help with layout, seating charts, escort displays

●help with transportation and accommodations as necessary

Partial planning packages start at $3500

Hourly Services

Not everyone is ready to hire a planner the day after they get engaged, and that is totally understandable. If you are looking for guidance without the full package, ADD offers help with no strings attached. Need advice on finding the perfect vendors? Want to chat through the pros and cons of different venue styles? Don’t know where to start with creating a budget that matches your needs? ADD can help with all of that and more. Whether you prefer phone calls or emails, we have the answers you need. And if you do decide you need a planner as we get closer to the big day, hourly fees can be put towards the down payment to secure ADD for whatever wedding services you choose.

Day of Services

For the couple who wants to do it all, just not *on* their big day, this package is ideal. This package is an associate planner package, which means that while each couple will be working directly with me throughout the planning process, an associate planner will be handling everything on site on wedding day. You get all the benefits of my experience and guidance throughout the entirety of planning, complete with everything listed below.

Day-of planning package includes the following: 

●meet with couple up to 30 days prior to wedding for a venue walk through and planning meeting 
●coordinate with vendors to create a timeline for arrivals, drop offs, and set up on wedding day 
●help to create a layout for table spacing at venue 
●assist with ceremony rehearsal 
●8-10 hours on site day of (details of on-site actions are specific to each couple - can include setting up couple’s decor items) with myself and up to 2 assistants (determined by wedding day needs) 
●greet and direct vendors day of, as well as coordinating their set up 
●assemble and direct the ceremony processional (this will also be covered during rehearsal) 
●cue dj/band or photographers/videographers to capture specified moments of the event 
●assist with reception break down 
●hand out remaining vendor balances as necessary 
●this process begins at least 30 days prior to the wedding day. The above list can be modified as necessary to suit each couple. 

Coordination packages start at $2000 

Decor Services a la Carte

For the couple that has it all under control, but wishes to have a professional decorator for the venue - ceremony and/or reception space(s).

This package is different for each couple, as many factors come into play - venue, indoor vs outdoor, florist or lack thereof, rental needs, guest count, etc. This package, while catered to each couple specifically, includes the following: 

●full layout for design and decor based on color palette and theme requested from couple 
●access to my decor warehouse, and guidance towards other aesthetic pieces coming from other vendors (rentals, vintage pieces, florals, etc) 
●handmade items by request - photo backdrop, centerpieces, custom linens, and more 

Decor packages start at $2000  

 

Travel and Accommodations

We love to travel! But we don't want the stress of our travels to affect your day. If you are contracting Alexis Doktor Designs to work outside of the Midlands, SC area, a travel fee may apply.
