We could not be more excited to be partnering with some of Columbia's finest wedding vendors to bring to life a day full of color, texture, and whimsical luxury wedding details that are sure to be a dream to capture. We are inviting photographers and videographers at any level to join us for a magical day inspired by your favorite sweets and treats. We will be dividing the grounds into multiple 'stations', so each group of photographers and videographers can take their time capturing as much or as little as they'd like at each area.
You can expect to shoot the following elements: a ceremony setup, a reception table setup, a full bar, dinner service, cake/dessert table, an escort display, a flatlay station, an ice cream truck, and two different couples who will be floating between all of the above.
We are offering two package options, to suit everyone's needs. Please read the following details carefully to find your preferred package.
Package One $75: This option is ideal for the experienced photographers and videographers who are simply interested in gorgeous, colorful content. All stations will be open and available in the style of a self guided tour. Two couples will be present, transitioning between all stations, to maximize content accessibility. All hosting vendors will also be on site to assist with staging areas as needed, to get the best shot for each professional attending.
Shooting access for this group will be between 1 and 3pm. Feel free to join us for the entire two hour block, or come and go as you need.
Package Two $200: This option is ideal for either - newer 'togs who are looking for impeccable content to add to their portfolios as well as the opportunity to continue their photo education with two of Columbia's best; OR experienced 'togs who would love the opportunity to spend some time with two of Columbia's most featured and award winning photographers. All group two guests will be invited to partake in a small cocktail hour at the conclusion of shoot day.
With this package, each attendee will spend their day working with Stephanie Garman of Stee Garman Photography and Jess Hunt of Jessica Hunt Photography, going over all the big and small details that every photographer could want to know about capturing the perfect wedding day. From creating a flawless flatlay to learning the best tips and tricks on posing your couples and everything in between, Stee and Jess will be by your side(s) for personalized guidance as we transition through each station, capturing ceremony, reception, dining, drinking, and all around merry making by two different couples.
This option will begin at 3pm and conclude by 7pm. We also invite you to remain with us after the content shoot concludes for a 7pm social hour where you’ll be able to chat with Stee and Jess one on one, as well as meet the rest of the participating shoot vendors. Cocktails and hors d’oeuvres will be served.
